Text and image question types are for informational purposes only. They don't require user inputs.

Text

1. Click on the "+ New Question" link, then choose "Text".
2. Enter your text or instructions.
3. Follow Step 4 under the article How to create a survey?

1. Click on the "+ New Question" link, then choose "Image".
2. Upload your image, or pick from your image library, or enter the URL of an image on the web.
