How to Send Survey from Square

You can include your survey link when creating invoices in your payment platform, such as Square.

You will need to create your survey and generate a web link first. Please refer to the articles How to create a survey and How to add a survey URL.

Change invoice message setting

1. Sign in your Square account by visiting

2. Click on or search for Invoices.

3. Click on the Settings from the side menu, and then click on the Invoices link.

4. In the Memo field under the Basic Customization, insert your message with your survey link ,such as

5. Click on the Save button.
