Our web and data servers are hosted with the Microsoft enterprise cloud. Your data is stored on the Microsoft cloud servers located in San Diego, California. At SurveyOL, we take customer data safety seriously, and have made significant investments in building trust. We strive to earn and maintain your trust.

All of our pages use the HTTPS secure protocol. Payments are handled via Stripe, a world-class payment service provider. We don't store any credit card information at our servers. We don't sell user information to any third party. Additionally, we monitor the response time for every of our pages in order to provide the best speed and user experience for our users.

We understand that survey responses can capture a wide range of information from different respondents. We value the trust that our customers, regardless of business size, let us be the custodians of their survey data.

We also require you, as a survey creator, to be responsible for good privacy practices in order to better protect your data. Fraudulent advertisements and phishing emails, posing as SurveyOL, are not allowed. We also monitor outgoing messages from Email Collectors for spam and abuse.
